Getting Started With Order Management

Commercium offers various features to it's users that helps them to effectively manage their orders they receive from all channels. You can access order management features by going to Sales > Sales Orders

Once you are on the Sales Orders screen you can see the list of all of the orders that you have received from all the channels that you have connected using Commercium.

As you can see in the above screenshot, Sales Orders displays various important data & controls for order management. Below we have explained the data & controls in detail
If you have enabled the order sync from secondary channel to primary & you see the status Failed then you can hover over the Failed button to see the failure reason.
4. Order Resync (Refresh Icon) : If your order sync is failed & you have fixed the reason behind the order sync failure you can click this button to re-try order sync.
5. Shipment Status : If you have enabled Shipment information sync from your primary channel to secondary then this column shows the status of sync.
6. Channel : This column shows the name of the channel from where this order came from.
7. Main Store Order# : This column shows the order number assigned to this order when it got created inside the primary channel.
