How To Install the Commercium By ConstaCloud App

Follow the steps below to install and activate Commercium in your BigCommerce store.
1. Install Commercium from the BigCommerce App Store
- Go to the BigCommerce App Store and search for “Commercium by ConstaCloud” in the app listings.
- The Commercium app listing page will open.
- Click the Get This App button.
- You will be redirected to the BigCommerce login page.
- Enter your BigCommerce store login credentials and click Log In.
- After logging in, the Install App screen will appear. Click the Install button.
- Click Confirm to approve the permissions required by Commercium.
- After installation, you will see this message:
“BigCommerce Connected Successfully!”
- This means your BigCommerce store is authenticated.
2. Open Commercium Setup
- Click Start Setup.
- You will be redirected automatically to the Commercium Portal.
- You can just select any plan you can change it later.
- A pop-up will appear asking whether BigCommerce should be the Source or Destination channel.
- Then the Commercium account is set up with Bigcommerce.
