This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and Galaxus Merchant with Commercium.

Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:
- ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
- ✅ Your Galaxus Merchant SFTP login details
🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?
If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.
Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with Galaxus.
Once you have your Source Platform ready, you can continue with the steps below.
Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform
Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.
To connect your Source:
If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.
Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with Galaxus.
Once you have your Source Platform ready, you can continue with the steps below.
Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform
Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.
To connect your Source:
- Log in to your Commercium account.
- Go to Integrations.
- Select Available Integrations.
- Select your Source/Primary Platform.
- Enter the required credentials.
- Click Connect.
Step 2: 🛍️ Connect Galaxus Merchant as the Destination
Now, connect Galaxus Merchant as your Destination Platform.

1. Contact Digitec Galaxus: Reach out to your designated contact manager at Galaxus to obtain the necessary SFTP details. These details typically include:
- SFTP Server Address: Obtain the server address for Galaxus SFTP.
- SFTP Username: The username provided by Galaxus for accessing the SFTP server.
- SFTP Password: The corresponding password associated with the username.
2. In the integration setup, select Connect Galaxus Merchant.
3 : Enter the Enter a Channel Name (anything you want).
4. SFTP details obtained from Galaxus into the respective fields:
- Host ID for SFTP : Enter the SFTP server address provided by Galaxus.
- Username: Input the SFTP username provided.
- Password: Enter the password associated with the username.
Step 3: 🎉 Connection Complete!
Your Source Platform and Galaxus Merchant are now connected.
You can now continue with the next steps to configure your integration.
