🔗 Step 1 - How to Connect Shein with Commercium

If you have skipped the onboarding guide for connecting your Source and Destination and configuring the initial settings, follow the steps below to complete the setup manually.

This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and Shein with Commercium.

Follow each step carefully to complete your connection successfully.

📌 Before You Start

Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:

• ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
• ✅ Your Shein seller account (logged in on the same browser window)

🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?

If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:

👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.

Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with Shein.

Once you have your Source Platform ready, you can continue with the steps below.

Step 1: 🔌 Connect Your Source Platform

Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.

To connect your Source:

1. Log in to your Commercium account.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Select Available Integrations.
4. Select your Source/Primary Platform.
5. Enter the required credentials.
6. Click Connect.

• Go to the Commercium platform and log in with your username and password.




• If you do not have a Commercium login, please contact your Account Manager to get access.

1. In the integration setup, select  Shein.

2. Click on the Connect button next to the Shein option.

• When prompted, enter "Shein" or any other friendly name as the Channel name.




• Click Connect to continue.

• You will be redirected to the Shein login page.




• Enter your Shein Username and Password.

• After logging in, your Shein account will be connected to Commercium.
