Steps on how to connect Lightspeed Retail with Commercium

Step 1: Log in to Commercium
If you already have a Commercium account, log in using your credentials.
If you don’t have an account, reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Step 2: Navigate to the Channel Settings
After logging in, head over to the Integration section on your Commercium dashboard and select Lightspeed Retail
Channel Name - Enter a name for this connection in the Channel Name field.
Currency - Provide your currency for Lightspeed Retail.
Click Connect - After filling in all the fields correctly, click the green Connect button located at the bottom-right corner.
Confirmation - If your credentials are correct and the connection is successful, a confirmation message will appear, and your account will be successfully linked.
