Connect Wix as a Destination Channel in Commercium

This guide explains how to connect Wix with Commercium as a Destination Channel.
If you skipped the guided setup during onboarding, you're in the right place! Follow the steps below to complete the connection manually.

📌 Before You Start

Make sure you have:

1. A Commercium account.
2. Your Source Platform connected to Commercium.
3. Access to your Wix account.

Haven't Connected Your Source Platform Yet?

Your Source Platform is where you manage your main product and inventory information.

If you haven't connected it yet, follow the relevant connection guide:
👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform, or ERP.

Step 1: Log In to Commercium

Log in to your Commercium account using your credentials.

If you don't have a Commercium account yet, contact our team at help@mycommercium.com

Step 2: Navigate to Available IntegrationsFrom your Commercium dashboard:

1. Go to Integration.
2. Click Available Integrations.

Step 3: Select Wix as a Destination Channel

1. Search for Wix.
2. Select Wix to open the connection type options.
3. Choose Make Destination Channel.
4. Click Continue.

This option allows Wix to receive products, inventory, and prices from your Primary Platform.
📌 Note: During authorization, make sure you have Administrator-level access or equivalent permissions to access products, orders, shipments, and other relevant data in your Wix account.

Once the connection is successful, your Wix account will be linked to Commercium as the Destination Channel.
