After connecting Wix as your Destination Channel, you can configure the integration settings in Commercium.

📌 Note: The settings described below cover the basic Wix configuration. Additional settings may be available depending on your connected Primary Platform. You may need to adjust certain settings according to your integration requirements.
1. Unique Product Identifier
Explanation:
Select the unique identifier that Commercium should use to match products between your Primary Platform and Wix.

Choose the identifier that matches your product setup.

Example: If you select SKU, the product SKU in your Primary Platform should match the corresponding SKU in Wix.
2. Order Sync
Sync Direction:
Wix → Primary Platform

Explanation: Enable Order Sync to synchronize orders received on Wix with your Primary Platform.

Notify on Any Unlinked Item/Order: This option is available, enable it to receive email notifications when an order fails to link or encounters an error during synchronization.

3. Shipment Sync
Sync Direction:
Primary Platform → Wix

Explanation: Enable Shipment Sync to synchronize shipment details from your Primary Platform to Wix.

Example: When an order is fulfilled in your Primary Platform, Commercium imports and sends the shipment details to Wix according to your configuration.
4. Inventory Sync
Explanation:
Enable this setting to sync inventory from your Primary Platform to Wix.
  • Location: Select the warehouse from which you want to sync inventory.
  • Set Safety Stock Buffer: Set the quantity to reserve from the available stock.
Example: If stock is 10 and the buffer is 2, only 8 units will sync to Wix.

5. Product Sync
Explanation:
Enable this setting to download products from your Primary Platform to Commercium for synchronization with Wix according to your listing rules and planning.
Advance Option To Create Products:
  • Option 1: Split variant products based on options such as colour or size.
  • Option 2: Split variants into individual products.
Option 1: Create Products as Variants
Choose this option if you want products with different options, such as size or colour, to be grouped under one product with multiple variants.
Example: A T-shirt available in Small, Medium, and Large can be created as one product with three variants.

Option 2: Create Products Separately
Choose this option if you want each product or SKU to be created as a separate product in Wix.
