Connect Commercium to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as your Source Channel in Commercium, click on Connect

2. Now you will notice the below options:


This will open a Microsoft login window in a new tab.
Log in with your Business Central account credentials.
Grant access permissions when prompted — this allows Commercium to connect with your Business Central data.
Once the authorization is done, please visit the Commercium portal again and follow the 4th point mentioned below.
Important note - Ensure that OData is enabled in your Business Central settings. If you don't have the information on this, then you can please contact your account manager under Business Central. In case you are not getting help from Microsoft for OData, then we can also help you with the same.
- In Commercium, it will ask you to put a Channel name. You can put any friendly name (e.g., Business Central).

5. Click on “Connect.”
- Commercium will validate your credentials and establish the connection.
NOTE - Once the connection is completed, it will ask you to choose the sandbox and production environment. If you want to test first, then you can choose the sandbox connection, or if you are ready to go LIVE, then you can simply choose the production environment.
a. Click on the search bar, and search for Web Services

b. Open the same and look for the following present "object names" and click on the "check box" of "Published."

- Item_Card_Excel – Object ID: 30
- Stockkeeping_Unit_Card_Excel – Object ID: 5700
- temReference – Object IDs: 5735, 5736, 5737
- ItemsByLocation – Object ID: 2554
- PostedSalesShipment – Object ID: 142
- ShippingAgents – Object ID: 428
- ShippingAgentServices – Object ID: 5790
- SalesOrder – Object ID: 42
Once done, the inventory updates will also work from Business Central to connected marketplaces/ecommerce platforms.
