🔗Step 2: How to Connect AbeBooks with Commercium

If you have skipped the initial guided setup for connecting your Source and Destination and configuring the initial settings, follow the steps below to complete the setup manually.

This guide will walk you through connecting your Source Platform and AbeBooks with Commercium.

Follow each step carefully to complete your connection successfully

📌 Before You Start

Before starting the connection, make sure you have the following:

• ✅ Your Source Platform credentials
• ✅ Your AbeBooks User ID
• ✅ Your AbeBooks API Key

🔗 Haven't connected your Source Platform yet?

If your Source Platform is not connected, first follow the connection guide for your preferred Source Platform:

👉 E-Commerce, POS, Shipping Platform or ERP.

Select your Source Platform from the available integrations and complete the connection before continuing with AbeBooks.

🔑 Haven't generated your AbeBooks API Key?

No problem!

Once you have your credentials ready, you can continue with the steps below.

Your Source Platform is the platform where your products, inventory, prices, and other data are managed.

To connect your Source:

1. Log in to your Commercium account.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Select Available Integrations.
4. Select your Source/Primary Platform.
5. Enter the required credentials.
6. Click Connect.

✅ Once your Source Platform is connected successfully, you can proceed to connect AbeBooks as your Destination.
Note: The Primary Platform Guide will provide you with detailed step-by-step instructions.

Now, connect AbeBooks as your Destination Platform.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Integrations.
2. Select Available Integrations.
3. Click on your Destination Platform.
4. Enter your AbeBooks User ID.
5. Enter your AbeBooks API Key.
6. Enter a Channel Name, if required.
7. Click Connect.

✅ Once your credentials are validated successfully, your AbeBooks account will be connected to Commercium.

Your Source Platform and AbeBooks are now connected.

You can now continue with the next steps based on what you want to configure.
